Service
eSIM Landing, a service of Fineline Broadband, LLC (contact: orders@esimlanding.com) sells prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles for travel in the destinations listed on our site, supplied through our network partner. Service quality depends on the local carrier networks shown on each plan page and on your device.
Eligibility & device
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Check compatibility before buying (dial *#06# and look for an EID). We cannot refund purchases made for incompatible or locked devices once the eSIM has been installed.
Validity
A plan's validity period starts the first time the eSIM connects to a network, not at purchase. Unused eSIMs remain installable for 180 days after purchase.
Usage
Plans are for personal use in the destination(s) covered by the plan you purchased; they do not include a phone number or work outside that coverage area. Speeds may vary and may be reduced by the network under fair-use policies. Each eSIM can be installed on one device only.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout via Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, are included in the displayed price.
Support
Reply to your order email for support. We aim to respond within a few hours.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
