What we collect
Your email address (to deliver your eSIM), your order details, the eSIM identifiers issued to you, and basic technical data such as IP address and the poster/campaign code you scanned.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, including anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of taps and scrolling. Form fields are masked in recordings. Advertising pixels from Google and TikTok record page views and purchases so we can measure our ads.
Payments
Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with our eSIM supplier (to provision and support your eSIM), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Email us to access or delete your data; we will respond within 30 days.
